Just Breathe
‘‘Just Breathe’’ are open breathing classes for people who want to come and be guided through breathing exercises. In these courses, the focus is on guiding participants through the breathing exercises of the Wim Hof method, but various other types of breathing techniques and/or breathing exercises are also used to enhance the power of the Wim Hof breathing exercises.
These classes are designed for both beginners and more advanced students, and the maximum number of participants varies depending on where the classes are held. However, the maximum number of participants never exceeds 15 people.
