1:1 Guidance

1:1 guidance is for individuals who prefer private sessions instead of being part of a group and/or participating in a larger workshop. The private session varies depending on each individual's needs and can include guidance and information regarding the following:

  • Stress, long-term strain, the difference in-between these two factors and how they affect the nervous system of the human body differently.

  • How to manage stress-related disorders, as well as coping strategies that can be easily implemented in everyday life.

  • How to harness healthy stress to achieve more balance in our daily lives, both mentally and physically.

  • Breathing in general, the importance of conscious breathing and the benefits of different types of breathing exercises.

  • Gradual and progressive cold exposure - an individual approach on how to begin cold exposure training and the benefits of the cold for both mental and physical health.

  • The human body’s basic needs - individual approach and education about the basic needs of the human body, i.e. breathing, sleep, nutrition, exercise and social relationships, as well as advice on how to improve one's basic needs to increase mental and physical well-being.
